The History of
Matros Automated

Matros Electric started in 1967 by Alan Matros. In 1990 Alan Matros approached his competitor Stuart Moskowitz then president of Automated Electric with the idea of joining forces and merging. After a full year of negotiating the deal was consummated and Matros electric merged with Automated Electric forming Matros Automated Electric with Stuart Moskowitz as the president. To this day, Stuart Moskowitz serves as president and overseas the day-to-day operations of the company.
